Spirituality

Spirituality does not imply religion or religious ritual. It refers instead to the concerns of the spirit, of that which goes beyond the material world of atoms and molecules, and into the very laws of the universe. It refers also to the purpose of life in the further evolution into higher forms, where humanity can and must direct it?s energies toward self improvement through inner knowledge, as well as a knowingness of that which is called ?God? and ?Consciousness?. A spiritual life concerns itself with the working for higher causes than just selfishness. It focuses upon such qualities as love, clarity, truth, progressiveness, naturalness and living in accord with the designs of Nature and natural laws. Spiritual people are concerned with gaining greater wisdom in the knowing of reality, and then making effort to manifest that knowingness here in the physical world. When we do this together the fruits of our efforts are multiplied many-fold.
